Knitted

Sweater: Loft (old), similar here
Skirt: J. Crew Factory (under $35)
Shoes: Old Navy
Bag: thrifted, similar here
Sunglasses: Madewell

I have an obsession with anything knitted or that looks knitted. Something about the look & feel is so cozy and comforting. As the temperature slowly drops, I start to wear anything that is knitted like a knitted sweater, knitted scarf, and my most recent purchase this knitted J. Crew Factory skirt. I was definitely comfortable in this outfit. I love how this pleated skirt is appropriate for Fall. The skirt is surprisingly not heavy and is actually lightweight. I can see myself wanting to pair this skirt with a pair of Over the Knee boots in the winter.

Elia Beach

Dress: c/o Lookbook Store (no longer exists), similar here
Flip Flops: Old Navy (under $3)
Sunglasses: Loft (under $20)
Hat: David and Young

We were fortunate that our hotel in Mykonos was just steps away from the island's most popular beach, Elia Beach. Our hotel has a reserved spot with lounging chairs, towels, and food & water service at the beach which was awesome and convenient!

The beach was worth the hype. The water was crystal clear with deep blue hues. It was absolutely gorgeous and the scenery was breathtaking! I scored this dress from Lookbook over the summer and did not have the opportunity to wear it until now. Unfortunately, it was too short to wear out but it was the perfect cover-up! The embroideries and blue & white color even made the dress look more Grecian. Since the dress is now sold out at Lookbook, I was able to find a very similar dress at Oasap. It has the same off-shoulder feature and blue & white color combo. Not gonna lie, I'm considering getting one for myself because it is only $17!

Hope you guys are enjoying your week so far!

Poncho Season

Poncho: c/o Old Navy
Shirt: Old Navy (old), similar here
Jeans: Madewell
Shoes: from Greece, similar here & here
Watch: Marc by Marc Jacobs (old), similar here

It actually feels like Fall here. The air is much more chilly and the leaves are for sure changing color. I'm embracing this weather because we rarely get Fall weather. One of my favorite things about Fall is that I get to wear ponchos! I like to call Fall poncho season because it is the only time of the year that you can wear ponchos comfortably. By comfortably, I mean you can walk out the door in a poncho and be completely fine. Although ponchos are great layering pieces in the Winter, they are somewhat awkward to wear. You'd have to figure out how to wear a poncho underneath a coat or parka!

I'm definitely taking advantage of 'poncho season' and Old Navy has a variety of ponchos to select from! They range from open-front (like the one I'm wearing) to cowl neck to mock neck all in different patterns and colors. Check them out here. No joke, I was having a hard time deciding which one to get! I was literally in the store for a couple hours until I decided to get the open-front with window pane pattern. It's so warm, cozy, and such a classic look. I'm totally loving the wool-blend fabric! What's your favorite Old Navy poncho?

Mykonos

Top: Asos
Pants: J. Crew (under $30)
Sunglasses: Peppers
Flip Flops: Old Navy (under $3)
Bag: c/o Jo Totes
During our honeymoon, we actually started in Mykonos first. To be honest, on that first day, we didn't do much. After being up and traveling for 24 hours, we were exhausted when we got to our hotel.  It was definitely a relaxed day and we just hung out by the pool. Thank goodness the pool had a gorgeous view!

The second day was action packed! We took a day trip to the island of Delos. For those who are not familiar with Delos, it is an island that is famous for Greek mythology. Moreover, this island had civilization back to at least 2000 B.C. and some of the artifacts and parts of houses & buildings are still up. It's like stepping through a time machine at the island. I'm really amazed how a lot of that still exists. They have a museum there filled with stuff archaeologists excavated. It was pretty cool.

After taking a ferry back to Mykonos, we stopped by the famous windmills. They were beautiful! Everything about Mykonos Town was beautiful! Every corner I turned, it was worthy of photo. I was in love with the white walls with splashes of pastels and vibrant colors.

Since I knew we would be doing a lot of walking around, I wore the comfiest pants from J.Crew. They're beach pants, but they're also perfect for lounging around as well. I tried to dress it up by wearing a cropped off-shoulder top.

Hope you all have a great weekend!
