Now that the cooler weather is coming on strong, I will warn you that going forward you will probably hear me complain about the cold. So I apologize for the repetitiveness. I just can't stand the cold weather. I honestly don't think my body is meant to handle anything below 80 degrees haha.
Even though I despise the colder temperature, I do love wearing sweaters and layers. So I guess there's a silver lining. One of my favorite layering pieces is the cape, more specifically the blanket cape. I love how it has a look and feel of an oversized scarf but it wraps you up and keeps you cozy like a chunky knit sweater. It's just the right amount of layering without feeling bulky. I also love how it is so easy to just throw it on. Doesn't matter what you wear underneath because the cape will always go with it. All I did is pair it with a basic turtleneck. What I am trying to say is that wearing this blanket cape is full proof. It is so effortless and your outfits will aways look so well put together. Plus, it keeps you warm. So owning one is a win-win.
Oh and did I tell you how comfortable these white denim jeans are. I seriously can't believe it! It has the perfect distress and it is only $30. I know, I shocking right? They are the Old Navy Rockstar jeans and they are definitely a rockstar in my wardrobe. And no, this is not sponsored. I really do love them and wish all my jeans can fit this way. Another piece I'm excited to wear are over the knee boots. I was lucky to score these at the Nordstrom anniversary sale. They are totally worth the splurge. If you are on a hunt for one, I highly recommend this pair!
