I also took a much needed break from blogging. Hence, the lack of blog and social media posts in the last week. To be honest, I was feeling overwhelmed and it didn't help that I was sick for the past couple of weeks. The break from blogging made me consider switching it up a bit with this blog. I want to start incorporating more things I am passionate about like sharing brands and companies that bring up cancer awareness and cancer support. I also want to share more updates regarding my cancer diagnosis and recovery process. I hope with these updates, I am able to provide support and motivation for other young cancer fighters and survivors. But no worries, my outfit posts will not go away. I'm still passionate about sharing my outfits!
Fortunately, I got better in time for the weekend because this weekend's weather was so nice! On Saturday, it was as high as 69 degrees! Tre and I decided we should spend some time outdoors which gave us the opportunity to take some outfit photos. I was so excited that I could post about this mini dress. Lately, I've been loving the mini dress and over the knee boots combo. And this past weekend, I was able to showcase it! I love the boho feel of this Free People dress. It is no longer available, but Free People has several dresses that look similar to the one I am wearing, like this velvet one, embroidered one, and chiffon one. I saw a teal version, and now I want it in my closet! I love how the dress has a drop waist and mini pleated skirt look to it! It is so feminine!
Remember how I mentioned in this post how incredible of a deal my grey over the knee boots were?! I loved it so much that I bought it in the camel color (which is the one I am wearing). It worked out perfectly that it pairs well with my dress.
I hope you all have a great day!
