Something about off the shoulder is sexy and feminine yet it is still classy and chic. Who would've thought a little exposed shoulder can make such a statement to your outfit. I've been on an off the shoulder binge because I bought a striped off the shoulder blouse, an olive green off the shoulder top, gingham off the shoulder, and tiered off the shoulder in the past couple of weeks. To say I am obsessed is an understatement. So Spring, where are you so I can start wearing these tops!
When the off the shoulder sweater started emerging, I knew it had my name all over it. Let's be honest, dressing in the Winter can be daunting. If I want to look dressy or feminine, it is almost impossible to find a piece of clothing that won't freeze you during the Winter. This is when the lovely off the shoulder sweater comes in. It is cozy and warm, but that shoulder exposure makes a difference. It heightens the classic, basic knitted sweater. You know what makes this particular off the shoulder sweater even better? That it only cost me $24!! It also inspired me to create a winter white look and the perfect excuse to wear my all time favorite white distressed jeans. For those who are new to this blog, I have shared my love for these jeans. They're from Old Navy under their Mid-Rise Rockstar collection. They're sooo comfortable, fit real well, and they're super duper affordable as in $36 affordable. They fit me just as well as my $150 pair of jeans. So I guess to sum it up, this outfit has a combo of my favorite pieces.
