4th of July Weekend

First of all, I want to apologize for my lack of posts! The last couple weeks of June was rough. Work started to pick up, and I was putting in a lot of hours. Plus, I had a lot going on with my personal life. On top of that, I still have a wedding to plan! So when the 4th of July weekend came around, I was so excited! I needed the long weekend to just forget about work and just have fun. Which is what I did. My 4th was great. I went to the beach, relaxed a bit at home and watched fireworks with Gina of Clean + Simple and her husband (if you don’t know Clean + Simple, you should! I recommend it if you love delicious healthy food!) Wearing red, white, and blue was a must. So this is the outfit I came up with. This whole outfit was the perfect excuse to wear this Melissa Sandal from Bearpaw. I wanted to wear wedges, but did not want to look overdressed to go to a park. This sandal is very casual yet has the effect of a wedge which I love! How was your 4th of July?

  7. I totally didn't even think about wearing red white and blue this past Saturday LOL. You are looking very cute in your RWB outfit.
    I lucked out this year since they moved the NY fireworks to the east river (my side of town). So I had a pretty chill day and only needed to head up to the roof to watch the show.

  19. Even not being american, I really love 4th of July, all the outfits around internet are absolutely lovely! The touch of your red bag was perfection. I'm also very impressed about your mules, I've been saying no to this model of shoes, but yours are so unique!

    • It is just fun to dress up with a theme 🙂 Thank so much! This bag actually supports AIDS awareness! I'm huge fan of Angela & Roi handbags, and I especially love how a portion of it goes towards different causes.
