Montreal Day Five

These were taken on our last day in Montreal. I could have started with our first day, but since I shared them on Instagram I figured why not start with the last day. Next week, I will be sharing more about our trip. Plus, the off the shoulder sweater is more appropriate to share now before the weather gets warmer. You guys, I am so excited that this weekend and for a week (yes a week!!) it will be in the 70s. I am soooo excited that I just want to do cartwheels around the house!

Accessorizing with a Scarf

I had been eyeing the weather forecast before we left so I knew what to pack. I grabbed a lightweight scarf just in case. Thank goodness I did because it was a chilly day! As you can tell by the photos, some have a scarf and some don’t.

Accessorizing with a scarf has been one of my favorite ways to change up an outfit. It’s a great way to change the look and feel of the outfit. When I added the scarf, it added color to the outfit. If anything it livened it up and gave the outfit a cooler look despite the fact that I was wearing a sweater.

Don’t get me wrong, I love wearing the off the shoulder sweater on its own. I just wanted to share an easy way to switch up an outfit. I also think it is a great way to incorporate a Spring look during chilly Spring weather.

My scarf was given to me as a birthday gift a few years ago. So, unfortunately, my exact one doesn’t exist nor do I know where they are from! However, I did find similar-looking ones. Below I shared my top 5 favorite Spring scarves!
