I wore this during Tre and I’s three year anniversary in NYC.  However, when we were about to step out to take photos it started to downpour. So unfortunately, no photos were taken with this dress in NYC 🙁  So I decided to re-do this outfit for you all. On the bright side, it gave me an excuse to wear this dress again! I love how well the cobalt blue and floral print go together. Their combination makes such a statement that I really didn’t need to accessorize much.
