Summertime is all about busting out your vibrant colored pieces and taking advantage of fun prints and patterns. When it comes to Fall, it is the season to start wearing neutrals. I love wearing neutrals because of the versatility. You can pretty much mix and match neutral pieces and the combination always looks so good. The color combination black and camel are my favorite neutrals. It’s all about breaking the rules. Everyone says don’t wear white after labor day and the biggest no no of all in the fashion world – mixing black and brown. To be honest, I think they complement each other very well!

Jenna and I were walking around the West Loop neighborhood. More recently, it has been one of my favorite areas. The food scene is amazing and it has a cool, laid back feel to it. Plus, it has so much character! So I knew I wanted to wear an outfit that fits the vibe of the neighborhood. Naturally, I gravitated towards brown and camel. It is so effortless, but it manages to look chic. I wore a slouchy camel sweater and paired it with a black distressed jeans. The distressed and booties help create a cool vibe to the outfit. To finish off the ‘laid back’ vibe, I wore a pair of brow bar sunglasses. They’re always so fun to wear!
