Last week, Tre’s family came to visit to celebrate his grandma’s birthday. It was so nice to see everyone and spend time with them. We basically did everything touristy like going on the Architectural Tour to Magnificent Mile to the John Hancock. I actually don’t mind doing touristy stuff. It gives me an excuse to do all the fun things the city has to offer since I never have the courage to do it because I’m from Chicago (haha!). 
 
On the first night they were here, we all went out to dinner to Paris Club. I had a hard time deciding what to wear at first. I knew I wanted to wear something comfortable, but still look dressed up without looking overly done. Then it finally clicked. Why not wear Chambray! Chambray can easily be dressed up (with the right accessories) or dressed down. It was definitely hot out so I went with the sleeveless Chambray shirt. To dress up the Chambray, I decided to pair it with a black skirt. I figured wearing black can dress up any look. When I saw the outfit all put together, I knew it was perfect for dinner. It’s laid back, but still dressed up.
