As I mentioned in my last post here, one of the things we did over the weekend was that we headed to Lexington to check out some bourbon distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. For one of those days, this is what I wore. I wanted to keep it cool and casual so I went with this cowl neck sweater. The weather was perfect this weekend (unlike the bitter coldness of this week, ugh) that a coat was not needed! However, due to the short sleeves of the sweater, I knew I would be chilly without a coat. But if I wore a coat, I would overheat. After my mini debate with myself, I realized I can layer (duh Rach, you love to layer!). The bulkiness and chunkiness of the sweater made it so easy to slip on a long sleeve. Problem solved, no coat needed 🙂
