I’ve been Oo-ing and Ah-ing at the latest trend, two piece matching sets. Every time I see someone rock that look, I envy them. I’ve struggled finding the right two piece matching set for a couple of reasons. One, I find one that I really love but it’s out of my price range. Two, I find one that is affordable but it just doesn’t fit my style. Then I came across Choies ‘Two-piece Suits’ section on their site. Oh my gosh, my wishes came true. There were so many great options at such great prices! It’s like my wishes were finally answered! Then came the hard part (first world problems, right?), how do I decide which one to go with? I did agonize a bit, but finally narrowed it down. Since this is my first two-piece suit, I want to make the most of it – meaning, I want to make sure this set is something that is versatile and will not fade the next season. Then I came across this set. I know it’s not exactly matchy match, but I couldn’t resist the vibrant orchid color and how well it paired with a striped cropped top. Plus, I can easily wear each piece individually to create a whole new outfit. So yes, I did play it safe but at least I know I can be versatile with it. Maybe next time I will get a true matching two piece set 🙂

  9. Such a cute look. I have to say, I'm pretty jealous. I can't believe you found this skirt for such a low price point. This skirt looks so similar to the same (looking) one I have from Tibi. I paid full retail for it. I'm both happy and jealous of you. You look great regardless of price.
