I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This past weekend’s weather was gorgeous here in Chicago. I tried to be outdoors as much as possible and it was awesome! Finally, we are having Spring weather, and today we are supposed to be in the 80’s. Totally doing a happy dance right now!

During the weekend, I wore this striped shirt. I love the boatneck and wide fit and how half of the shirt is stripes. The contrast is subtle and creates a ‘layering look’ effect. I decided to emphasize the black stripes by pairing the shirt with black distressed jeans and my lace up flats from Greece.  I was able to find almost identical pair from Asos for only $30! Hope you all enjoy today! I know I will try to sneak outside to try to enjoy the weather!

    You can't go wrong with black or stripes, so I'm loving this outfit! Those jeans are perfectly distressed.

    I've been away from the blog for a hot minute, so I just caught up on your last couple of posts now. Are you wearing a wig here? I can't even tell!

    Great go-to look! I love the twist you put on this outfit with the stripes, it really makes the outfit unique and stand out. I'm definitely going to try to find those cute shoes in stores, they're a perfect addition to my spring closet! Thanks for your post.
