I had a completely different look in mind when I came across this dress from Billie + Betty. Originally, I was just going to wear the dress with cobalt blue d’orsay heels and a large red satchel like this one. I was going for the ‘work chic’ look. Keep in mind, this was when we had the best weather possible for Fall. Then this weekend completely 180-ed. It actually feels like winter! The temps were below freezing. I knew I would not survive the cold with my original outfit. Right before I headed out, I quickly improvised. I threw on a shaker stitch sweater and booties for some warmth. I actually was satisfied with my improvisation. It created a layered look that showcased the studded details of the collar.
