I’ve always been a fan of maxi dresses. So when the maxi skirts became a trend, I fell in love. However, last year I just wasn’t a fan of how they looked on me. I was so upset because so many girls looked so cute wearing them. I’m not very tall, so it looked as if it dragged. However, I figured I was probably disappointed last year because I didn’t find the right fit. This year, I decided to give maxi skirts another shot. So all summer I looked and only recently had some luck at Sheinside. Not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant because the skirt came in one size. When it came in the mail, I fell in love! The color was stunning. I love the soft pink look. The fabric felt soft and I love how light and airy it is. Definitely won’t overheat in the summer! I couldn’t resist but pair the maxi skirt with a striped crop like this one.

You look really beautiful! I'm 5'8" so I usually have the opposite problem when it comes to maxi anything. I always have to buy long lengths (which aren't always available). I have yet to find a maxi skirt that looks long enough. =
