It’s the first time in a long time that I’ve felt good about a work week. During my Instagram Story, I shared how I felt productive and have gotten a lot of my projects and tasks completed. I still have quite the laundry list of work to still complete, but for once I felt good about what I’ve accomplished. It’s been a while since I felt good about work. Usually by the end of the day Monday, I feel so defeated. The fact that it is Wednesday and I am still going strong is a good sign. I’m hoping each day gets better. That’s one thing I’ve really learned the hard way is that the road to recovery is tough.

There are days when I feel like chemo was much easier. I’ve been talking about this with my oncologist and she says it just takes time. But the fact that I am having a good week so far is a sign I am taking a step in the right direction!

Ruffled One-Shoulder Dress

Now onto this outfit. Are you sick of me wearing dresses yet?! The obsession is real and I just got some more dresses in the mail. I just love how effortless they are ya know? For instance, this ruffled one-shoulder dress is so cute and looks ‘party-ready’. The ruffles on the shoulder give it a very feminine look. Overall, it makes me look so well put together right? But all I had to do was just put the dress over my head and wear it. I didn’t have to put in much effort, which I love!

My favorite feature of this dress is the pinstripe print and one-shoulder style. It’s the perfect combination of classic and edgy! For $26, it’s hard not to add it to your shopping cart (I can totally picture my husband rolling his eyes right now haha). Another great feature of this ruffled one-shoulder dress is that it is super lightweight despite all the ruffles. This dress is made for hot days. I can confirm because when I received it in the mail I was surprised how very lightweight the dress was. But when we decided to take these photos, man it was a hot hot day and I was so glad I decided to wear this dress! So I guess what I am saying is you need this dress for the summer haha.

By the way, I am starting to breakout A LOT? I’m assuming it is because I’m outside more? If you have any skincare recommendations, please share!

    I am all about this too and I will never get sick of you wearing dresses either because you are gorgeous in them and such an inspiration! I love that this is a red stripe, I've seen the blue but never the red and it is so stinking cute!

    This is really good outfit. I loved it.
    I am extremely busy this summer. I am taking care of my nieces for the summer and I love spending time with them in the morning, but that leaves me staying up all night to work and it exhaust me, so I can't wait for the weekend to have some sleep time.
