Wedding Wednesdays: Color Theme

Originally, I imagined the colors of my wedding to be coral with accents of ivory and mint and everything to be bright and bold.  After I got engaged, I revisited my Pinterest wedding board and noticed there’s rarely any coral. In fact, most of my wedding inspirations were hues of pink. All the colors were soft and delicate, which was opposite of the bright neon color I imagined. Keep in mind, all the stuff I pinned was based on what caught my attention and had no direction. So I was surprised to see a theme.

It was a no brainer that my wedding should follow the pink blush theme. I immediately picked gold and ivory as accent colors. They just go so well with pink blush! Plus, I love the color gold 🙂

Even though the color of my wedding did not turn out as I originally planned, I am glad (maybe slightly obsessed haha) with my current color choice. This color matches my personality more, and I love how blush easily gives that romantic vibe. Now all I want to wear and decorate with are pink blush and gold.
