I’m always on the hunt for amazing jean brands. I honestly think buying jeans is one of those things that we all have to be very selective on. I definitely take my sweet time finding the right pair. So every pair I mention in this blog, you bet it is a pair I am excited about and love!

About Jen7 Jeans

I recently discovered a new brand. It is called Jen7 Jeans. Have you heard of them? They can be found in Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and Saks. They are actually a sister brand of 7 For All Mankind. I’m a fan of 7 For All Mankind jeans so I knew I just had to find out what’s the deal with Jen7 Jeans.

I decided to showcase my first pair of Jen7 Jeans in a colored jeans (in dark pink to be exact). I shocked myself because I haven’t worn colored jeans since 2012ish. Remember when they were all the rage? I was all about wearing red, cobalt blue, yellow, and green jeans. What drew me to get the colored jeans is that it’s a more faded dark pink.

The Fit

Jen7 Jeans fit true to size. I usually wear a size 27 in jeans and I got a size 4. These fit perfectly. They are ankle length jeans and they hit right at the bottom of my ankle. I did wish more of the ankle would be exposed like a cropped fit but hey I’m 5’4″.

I personally think they are high-waisted, but according to the description, it sits mid-rise. I’m a high-waisted jeans kind of girl so this was a happy surprise for me. The jeans are very soft and have stretch to them. This means they do feel very comfortable!

Overall, I think Jen7 Jeans is a new brand of jeans that I will add to my rotation. I also have the frayed hem pair, which I can’t wait to showcase that one next week!

Halogen x Atlantic-Pacific

I decided to pair my jeans with my Halogen x Atlantic-Pacific blazer. I’ve always been a fan of Blair Eadie’s style so when I heard she had a collection coming out in Nordstrom, I immediately was ready to purchase on the day the collection was live.

I love this blazer. It has the perfect oversized fit and I got a size small. I will admit, part of me wishes I got an XS, but at the same time I can easily layer with this one (if you didn’t know, her collection is size inclusive!). I also bought this skirt.

Well that’s it for now. I remember asking on Instagram what you all would like to see me post more often, and I got more denim brands as a top one. So hopefully you all find this helpful!
