Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Is Ending
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming to an end tomorrow. After tomorrow (so on August 6), the prices goes back to retail price (womp womp). Although the majority of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale items are Fall pieces, there are some that you can wear now. You can either make it look Summery or it would be a great transitional piece.
The one I want to showcase is the wide-leg corduroy trousers. It is currently marked down to $52.90 and a decent amount of sizes are available! Mine is in the ‘Tobacco’ color and I had to size up. I’m wearing a size 28 and it fits comfortably. If I went with my usual size, which is a 27, I honestly think it would be too tight in the waist.
These wide-leg trousers also come in a plum color. I think plum will be a very popular color this Fall. I love the deep tones. It would look amazing with a camel colored sweater!
What You Can Wear Now From The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
I loved these wide-leg trousers so much that I wanted to wear them immediately! So I decided to wear them to 29Rooms’ VIP Night. But of course, we still have the summer weather. So in order to wear it now, I paired them with this floral top from Loft. It has mixtures of pink and pastel tones, and the floral print gives it a summer vibe. It’s a very lightweight top. And of course, I couldn’t resist wearing my bow mules flats. Aren’t they adorable?!
Anyways, just wanted to quickly showcase this outfit and share what you can wear now from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I’ve heard some people complain that it’s hard to want to shop for Fall pieces, but honestly I think it just takes a little bit of creativity and thinking outside the box. Just because something is labeled as Fall (or any other season) doesn’t necessarily mean you are restricted to wearing it in that season!
