How To Rep Your Team In Style + Game Day Outfit Ideas

Not sure if you all know this, but I do love to watch sports. But I only find them exciting if it is a team I’m really excited about or I’m truly a big fan. During my college days (that was ages ago haha) I was really into college football. Go HAWKEYES! I was the typical Big 10 student: college life college football ha. But I’ve always been into pro-sports. You know, NBA, NFL, and a little bit of MLB. I’m a die-hard Chicago Bulls fan. Born and raised in Chicago and Michael Jordan, what’s not to love about that team haha. Ever since I met Tre, he has converted me into a Buffalo Bills fan!

But you know what I noticed when it comes to game day outfits? There are barely any cute outfits. In my opinion, they’re all very commercial or gimmicky looking. I want to be able to rep my team in style.

Below, I’ll be sharing a couple game day outfit ideas. One will be a bit more obvious that I am showing my team spirit. The other will be a more chic outfit. I want to be able to showcase how versatile Best of Seven is. The main color I chose was red because most of the teams I cheer for have the color red in it. That way I can wear it for any sport.

Casual Outfit

My Best of Seven pieces are worn in a more casual style in this outfit. This is something you would typically see me wear on game days. If I was still in college, you would totally seen me wear this as a tailgate outfit. Except instead of red, I might opt for gold (yellow) or black as my accent color. Isn’t it cuter than your usual college outfits?!

I’m also wearing Best of Seven’s Signature bag. I used the ‘Luggage Brown’ color as my base color and accented it with a red flap and red straps. All of the Signature Bag’s flaps and straps can easily be swapped for a different color! How awesome is that!

I switched up my Best of Seven pieces so I can showcase how you can wear it beyond a game day outfit. Or if you want to look more chic, this might be your game day outfit. Don’t you love how the striped tee can easily be elevated more than your average team jersey tee or college shirts?!

To create a more chic and fashion-forward outfit, I decided to wear my striped-tee with wide-leg jeans. Then I wore The Signature Bag as a belt bag. This time, I kept the flap and straps all in the ‘Luggage Brown’ color.

Choose An Accent Color

While almost every piece is customizable at Best of Seven, I highly recommend choosing one accent color. For me, I went with red. While I still love to cheer for my Hawkeyes, I’m more into watching NBA, NFL, and MLB.

I probably have already said this a million times in this post, but the Interchangeable Flap and Adjustable Strap is seriously my favorite from Best of Seven. It’s so genius!!
