The Search For Flowy White Pants

After finding the perfect white wide-leg pants last year, I knew there would be hope to find a pair of flowy white pants. My other pair is more structured. This time I wanted something more flowy and more spring/summer-like. I struggled a bit, but I think this time it was because I was being more picky and very selective. It is not like there is a shortage of them, it is more like I could not find the right ones for me.

When I find a pair of flowy white pants, they are either:

  1. Sooo expensive! Everything about it would be so perfect. The fit and style is spot on, but ugh that price tag. Of course it would be out of my budget, right?
  2. See-through. I like my clothes to be hassle-free and the last thing I want to do is try to find the right underwear to wear with it. Plus, who buys clothes that are see-through. In my opinion, the purpose of clothes is to cover yourself up.
  3. Poorly made. Either the fabric is scratchy, thin, or just plain looks cheap. I have nothing against buying affordable clothes. If you have been following me for awhile, you’ll notice that most of my clothes are budget-friendly. But I also want to look presentable. Not worth my money if I am not feeling the piece.

To The Rescue!

And you know what came to the rescue? Uniqlo!! I own several pieces from Uniqlo, but most of them are more appropriate for Fall or Winter. If you’re not familiar with Uniqlo, this will be life-changing for you (I think, haha). They are the queen of basic & classic pieces all made with high quality and get this, the prices are so affordable! Because their pieces are high quality & classic, everything just looks so chic!

Found Them

I was surprised it took them so long to come out with a flowy white pants, but eventually they did. I was excited. And I was pleased. When it initially came out, it was only $29.90. I know, right? Trust me, the fabric is so well-made, it is high-quality and fits so well. It puts the expensive ones that I loved to shame.

Then I decided to wait because it came out during the Winter, and I had no need to wear them. I didn’t want to wear them during the Winter, only because I feared getting them so dirty haha. Then last month, I decided to get these pants. And OMG, they were marked down to $9.90! Gosh their sales are so good!

So there ya go, this is my story of finding the perfect white flowy pants.

    I agree .. the good ones always seem to be expensive! For white pants, sometimes I’m willing to pay a little more to make sure I’m getting good quality aka – not see through haha! Can’t believe what a great deal yours are though!

    These white pants are definitely fantastic and they look amazing on you! I agree white can hard to find, as there are so many issues! Love that these ones were such a good price too! I wish we had a local Uniqlo here as I have seen so many good pieces from there! I would be in that store all the time! LOL
