It’s not surprise that I’m really into wearing a flowy maxi dress. At least I think it is obviously to you all that, that is what I’m into wearing. If you’re new here, I rarely like to wear fitted dresses. I love it when I feel mobile in my dress haha. I’m also the most comfortable when I wear a flowy dress. You know you have a really good flowy maxi dress when you can twirl in it.

On hot summer days (dry or extra humid), a breathable and lightweight outfit is a must! So I thought I’d share some flowy maxi dresses perfect for hot summer days. Just a heads up, the dress I’m wearing in these photos were taken when I was in Sarasota in January. I don’t want you all to think that I recently went to Florida. With the increase in coronavirus cases in Florida, I can guarantee you that right now it is the last place I want to be. Hopefully they can sort everything out soon and that Chicago’s cases continues to decline as we moved into the same phase.

My Flowy Maxi Dress

Anyways, I recommended this dress as a vacation style outfit for a warm winter getaway. And I can promise you that this flowy maxi dress is perfect for hot weather. When we were in Sarasota, there were some days that the temperatures were high and I was so glad I was wearing this dress.

Sizing

My dress fits true to size (hopefully it is still available!). I’m wearing a size small which happens to be my usual size. Here is a break down of my size so you can use it as a reference.

Height: 5’4″
Weight: 140 pounds
Chest: 32C – In most tops, I wear a size small or size 4.
Bottoms: I usually wear a size 27 or size 4 or size small.
Dresses: I usually wear a size small or size 4
Body Type: Straight / Athletic. However, I have a bubble butt. Hence, why I tend to size up with pants (so that it can go over my butt haha)

You can wear each dress as casual outfit or can easily dress it up by switching up the type of shoes you are wearing and accessories. There’s one piece that is a jumpsuit. You know me and I can’t resist a good jumpsuit. This jumpsuit is also very flowy and almost looks like a dress!
