I went to Ann Taylor, and there were so many cute pieces! There was a good mixture of holiday-inspired to winter chic outfits! It was so hard for me to just select a few! I went to the Ann Taylor on Michigan Ave since that is a flagship store in Chicago. I love going to flagship stores because they offer more items than do they at a regular Ann Taylor retail store. For instance, all the shoes you see online, you can check them out at the flagship store. If you live in a Chicago suburbs, there is an Ann Taylor flagship store too. It is in Oak Brook.
I shared a few of these Ann Taylor Try-Ons on InstaStory and here are the rest of them. Seriously sooo good!
Ann Taylor Try-Ons
Lantern Sleeve Mock Neck – Fits true to size. Love the balloon sleeves and rust color. You all know I am loving anything in the rust color. // Shawl Collar Wrap Coat I recommend sizing down if you like a more fitted style and wear your true size for more layering room. I am wearing an XS and it fits perfectly, but I prefer the small so I can comfortably wear a chunky sweater.
Red Funnel Neck Coat – This coat fits true to size. The coat feels warm and the color is gorgeous! // Leopard Print Dress – This dress fits true to size. I am wearing a size 4. Love the way this dress fits. It is so flattering!
Velvet Jumpsuit – For me, I would need to size up to wear this jumpsuit comfortably. I normally wear a size 2 in jumpsuits especially if they’re wide-leg, but for this jumpsuit it was snug in the thigh area. I also have muscular legs, so that might make a difference. If I were to wear a size 4, I think the top half would be slightly loose).
Flare Sleeve Boatneck Top The top fits true to size. I’m not sure why Ann Taylor labeled it as a sweater because it is not a sweater. But it is made with a high-quality fabric!) // Sequin Pencil Skirt – I sized down. I am wearing a size XS). // Chiffon Full Skirt – I also sized down and I am wearing a size XS.
Ribbed Turtleneck – This sweater fits true to size. It is so cozy and and soft! I love the cowl neck and the sleeves are slightly belled-sleeves.
