This gift guide is for the fitness lover or for anyone that wants to get started in fitness. I don’t know about you, but whenever I get any new workout gear I get so motivated especially if it is cute! Buying anything fitness related is something I think most people would love to get but would not buy for themselves.
Most of the items I shared will make it possible to work out at home too! I know for me, that is a good thing especially during Winter. It can be too cold that I don’t want to leave my house. A lot of these would make it possible to do any type of work out at home and I own most of these!

Gift Guide For The Fitness Lover
I didn’t think AirPods were amazing until I got them for Christmas last year. OMG, wire-free headphones are the best thing ever when working out. I don’t have to think about the wires getting in the way or trying to figure out how I can have my phone on me at all times. I can just place my phone somewhere close and continue to work out.
2. Kettle Gryp
This handle will turn any dumbbell into a kettlebell. There are so many benefits (and great workouts) when using kettlebells for a workout circuit. But that would mean buying additional equipment. For me, I don’t have the space for any more workout equipment. So you just place this Kettle Gryp around your dumbbell and it becomes a kettlebell.
This dumbbell set comes with 3 different weights (you can select the set you want) and a stand. I love the stand because it helps keep the dumbbells organized. Also, different weights are needed depending on the type of exercise being done.
Using a bosu ball as part of your workout is amazing! They work every part of the body. The addition of the attached resistance bands just helps create more workouts with the bosu ball.
This comes with 5 bands all with different resistances. They range from Light to XX Heavy and come with a bag to store them. These are great to bring with you when traveling.
Who doesn’t love a good gym bag?! Plus the shoe compartment is an amazing feature. I hate when my shoes touch my clothes and this gym bag separates where you put your shoes and the rest of the stuff in your bag.
S’well water bottles are the best! This is the only bottle I use when working out because it keeps my water (or beverage of choice) cold for at least 24 hours. I hate when my water is warm and all I want is cold water to quench my thirst after working out.
The S’well bottle comes with a twist off cap, which makes it annoying if you want water in the middle of your workout. You can switch out the original cap with this s’well sports cap. It is a pop top and you can easily sip your beverage.
I LOVE these shower sheets. If you don’t have time to take a shower or there’s no shower available, these shower sheets freshen up your body. It is also great for traveling too. When I had my corporate job, I had almost no time to shower after my workout (we had a gym in our building) so I relied on these sheets!
10. Foam Roller
This foam roller is a medium deep tissue massage. Foam rolling is a must especially after an intense workout. It helps loosen up your muscles and prevents soreness.
These resistance bands have more elastic to them which makes it possible to have a wide-range of workouts. This set comes with 3 different bands.
