Raise your hand if you are so over the Winter weather. I totally am! Remember when I mentioned that Chicago was having a milder winter (I miss you 50 degrees!), well those days are over. It’s been 1, 2, 3 degrees and thats excluding the wind chill. On Wednesday, it will be a high of -10 degrees. Yes I said high. Isn’t it sad?
Ever since we got back from Puerto Rico a couple weeks ago, I am craving another tropical getaway. I doubt that will happen again, but a girl can dream. And I have been looking at vacation outfit ideas nonstop as if I am going somewhere. I’m not quite sure if I’m setting myself up to be disappointed haha. But if you are one of the lucky ones and getting away from the cold in the near future, I hope these vacation outfit ideas help you out!
Vacation Outfit Ideas
Let’s talk about some of the pieces I picked out. I own the scalloped one-piece and I love it! It’s flattering, cute, and so unique! It also comes with a strap in case you feel more comfortable wearing this swimsuit with straps. If you are curious how it looks on, I shared it in this post when I revealed my favorite part of my body. It fits true to size. I actually purchased the medium and although it fits well, it’s slightly loose. So I did wish I got a small. I sized up because I wanted to make sure it would fit over my butt. This swimsuit is full coverage so going with a small would have been just fine.
I also own a pair of the Havaianas flip flops. I’ve had mine for years…. maybe 8? It’s possible I could have had mine for more. They are the best flip flops ever! The quality is amazing and they are comfortable. The fact that I have had mine for a long time and they show no signs of deteriorating is proof that they are the best of the best.
Anyways, if you are going somewhere warm, where are you heading to? Is it your first time going there or a repeat visit?
