Fall 2018 Trends

I am really into the Fall 2018 trends. I didn’t expect to love a couple of them – animal prints and glen plaid. They really are having a moment! There are so many great pieces utilizing these prints and patterns! And every single one is chic!

Animal Print

Leopard print is for sure shining the most out of all the animal prints. For the Winter, I really want a leopard print coat! They just look so cozy and warm! I thought a pair of leopard print pants would be too extra until I came across this one from J.Crew. Oo it is gorgeous! I’ve also been eyeing the Who What Wear leopard print skirt ever since I purchased the rust-colored version. If I had the extra budget, I love the Realisation skirt. But of course, I’m eyeing zebra print too like this skirt. Pair these midi skirts with red pumps or suede boots and it has the ultimate chicness to it!

Glen Plaid

Plaid is always in for Fall. It immediately comes to mind when I think Fall & Winter. But glen plaid was something a little more out of the ordinary. To be honest, I always associated it with school girl uniforms or my grandpa’s wool coat and fedora. Glen plaid is such a vintage pattern.

But when I came across a glen plaid wool coat in real life, I was so swooning over it and knew I had to own some! My favorite type of glen plaid items (aside from the wool coat) are cropped wide-leg pants and blazers. Oh my they’re so chic!

    I can’t stop buying all the leopard print things! It’s the perfect print to add to any outfit or to make a statement! I also love a good plaid top for the fall!

    I’m still trying to form my love for animal print. It’s more challenging than I expected, but I can see how it’ll make for fun statement pieces throughout the season. I already love glen plaid though. So classic!
