Happy Holidays!

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and/or a wonderful holiday! I can’t believe how fast the holiday season went. At first, it felt slow and I kept telling myself, is it Christmas yet? And somehow it ultra fast-forwarded and it is almost over (we still have New Year’s Eve!). I’m definitely starting to feel the holiday blues. The temperature has significantly dropped to below freezing but since it was Christmas I was able to tolerate it. Talk to me next week (in January) and I will be counting down to Summer, haha!

That Pom Pom Sweater

Speaking of cold, we took these outfit photos when I thought it was really ‘cold’. Boy, would I do anything to bring back that weather! One thing I’ve been constantly purchasing and I have asked for for Christmas is chunky sweaters! This pom pom sweater was high on my list to get. I’ve seen several bloggers wear this and when I had the opportunity to add it to my Chicwish wishlist, you bet it was on it.

This sweater is very chunky and bulky. Without a doubt it will warm you up and it is soft! The length is shorter than I expected. I thought it had a longer length since I’ve seen other bloggers do the front truck, but it sits right at the waist. It does have a boxy-fit, which made it possible to do the front tuck.

If you want a pom pom sweater for layering, they also have it as a cardigan style. It comes in several colors as well (ivory, green, pink, and lavender). I haven’t tried it out but it appears the fit would be the same.

    Pom poms really do just make everything so cute and fun. I really do love this sweater!
    One’s endurance of winter really is short lived, I know I’m wishing for warmer temps already!
