So today I’ll share two different ways to style a yellow linen jumpsuit. All it takes is switching a few accessories and each outfit looks different from one another. I’m curious to know which one of the two looks is your favorite. I shared on Instagram and there was a clear winner. And I’ll share that in a bit.
Yellow Linen Jumpsuit
Let’s first talk about my yellow linen jumpsuit. So it is obviously made with linen, and I love wearing linen during Summer. It’s the perfect fabric to wear during hot temperatures. It’s cooling, breathable, and overall a sustainable fabric. I’m also a fan of wearing yellow during the Summer. The tanner skin with yellow fabric just gives a more glowy look, don’t ya think?
In terms of sizing, I do think this linen jumpsuit runs large. I sized down. My usual size is a size 4 and I am wearing a size 2. I’m satisfied with this size, however, I also think I could size down to size 0. So if you are on the petite size, maybe go 2 sizes down, if you are in-between sizes, just go one size down. Below is my body style so you have a reference.
I’m 5’4, weigh 140lbs, and chest size 32C. I have a straight and athletic body type with bubble butt. For bottoms / dresses / jumpsuits, I usually wear a size small or size 4. For tops, I usually wear a size small or size 4.
This jumpsuit is meant to be ankle-length with wide-leg pants style. You know I love wearing anything wide-legged. The top has a tie-knot. Honestly, I thought the top half of the jumpsuit was very roomy and I had to tie the knot extra tight so that it would not be as loose. So for anyone that is busty, I personally think it will work for them.
Two Different Ways To Style A Yellow Jumpsuit
Overall, I am pleased with this jumpsuit. I love it so much that I got it in pink too haha.
Look 1 Yellow Linen Jumpsuit
This first outfit, I wore it as is. Kept it very simple and just focused on showcasing the style of the jumpsuit. I kept my footwear very simple with woven mules.
Look 2 Yellow Linen Jumpsuit
For the second outfit, I switched up the accessories. Since this jumpsuit has a more flowy look to it, I accentuated the waist with a woven belt or some like to call it a rattan belt. My belt is no longer available, but I also purchased this set of belts. They also have the woven style but so much more affordable. It comes in a pack of 4 for only $25. Such a steal and in different colors. I also went with your classic brown leather strappy sandals.
Other Yellow Jumpsuit
I thought I’d share other linen jumpsuits to wear this summer.
