Last month, I promised you all that I would continue to share bras that I love. It’s so important to find the right one and it really makes a difference with my day to day. So today is about a bra collection that I have LOVED for awhile now. I don’t why it took me so long to share because it is seriously my go-to every single time.

My Favorites From True & Co

I love True & Co! Specifically, my go-to bras are from the True Body collection. The True Body bras are AMAZINGGGG. I own the True Body V-Neck and True Body Triangle Convertible Strap. Both bras are slightly different, but there are definitely common denominators that truly make them my favorite bras. Ya know how I mentioned that the feather bra is so soft? And trust me, I love that bra too. But the softness of True & Co bras is next level. Like insanely soft. It’s velvety, buttery, smooth, and whatever you name the softest thing ever, that’s what it is. I have never felt a fabric this good!

My True & Co Bras

True Body V-Neck 

True Body V-Neck is the perfect t-shirt bra. As you know, thick straps will not do if you are wearing a spaghetti strap top. But it’s great for anyone that’s doesn’t like that typically thin strap bra. It has a v-neck neckline so you can wear v-neck shirts underneath. But it is crazy comfortable. They also come in a scoop neck style.

Have you ever slept over at someone’s house and felt uncomfortable being bra-less? I’ve worn this bra in that type of situation, and it’s so comfortable that I don’t mind wearing it in my sleep. Honestly, I forget that I am wearing it. I never had the urge to want to take it out.

The bra padding is removable and it is wireless. Yet, it provides the right amount of support. So genius!

True Body Triangle Convertible Strap

The True Body Triangle Covertible Strap bra has very similar specs as the True Body Scoop except that the straps are different. It has your traditional spaghetti strap bra style. This means you can adjust the straps according to your liking. This is great if you are wearing something sleeveless and need this type of strap. Good thing is that it doesn’t dig into your shoulder. Again, so soft!!

What I also love about this bra is that you can easily change this bra into a racerback strap. I have a few racerback tops and it is just nice to know I can continue wearing my favorite bra. Out of the 2 True Body bras, I primarily wear this bra. The thinner and convertible straps make it easier to wear with almost any top. I own it in several colors. The padding is also removable and wireless.

Other Thoughts

If you went through a mastectomy (and reconstruction), I truly think they’ll be comfortable on you too. It didn’t bother me or my scars. And if you remove the padding, you can replace it with your prosthesis.

I know I’m hear to talk about the True & Co True Body bras, but I also love their underwear. Extremely seamless and comfortable. Definitely worth trying!

Sizing Information

These bras fit true to size. Their size selection is not based on cup size. I’m a 32C and wear a small. It’s very similar to what top size you wear. However, below is a description of their sizes.

  • XS fits bra sizes 30C-D and 32A-B
  • S fits bra sizes 32C-D and 34A-B
  • M fits bra sizes 34C-D and 36A-B
  • L fits bra sizes 36C-D and 38A-B
  • XL fits bra sizes 38C-D and 40A-B

    I have never tried True and Co. as their DD+ offerings are pretty modest. The two wireless options don’t seem like they would work with much more than a tee shirt. This summer I’ve really been loving my unlined bras – such a nice relief from the heat!

    The sizing on these bras is so unique, but I love that they offer so many options for so many different shapes and sizes. It’s fantastic that they’re comfortable, practical, and cute all wrapped into one!

    I juuuust heard about these the other day and now I’m sold! I really want to try- I’ve been wearing VS for ages and I’m pretty convinced they’re a) not the right size and b) could be SO MUCH better/more comfy/more supportive!
