Before I begin, I want to thank you all so much for all the positive comments and feedback on my first video on IGTV! I was so nervous to post it because I’m not a video creating kind of person. However, I wanted to switch things up and share a fun way to showcase how a specific item can be styled multiple ways.
If you missed it, on Monday’s post I shared the outfit details and links of all the outfits I created on IGTV! Many of you have mentioned you’d like me to do more of these types of videos, and I definitely will! I don’t know when the next one will be, but I’m already planning which clothing item I want to style.
Love This Floral Print Jumpsuit
I’m OBSESSED with the Iris jumpsuit from the Gal Meets Glam Collection. You all know I loveeeee almost everything from the Gal Meets Glam collection. It seriously sparks joy in my life. If you didn’t know this, now you know haha. I’ve been a long time fan of Julia’s style and she was one of the first bloggers I started following. So it almost seemed natural that I would love her clothing line.
Why It Is A Must This Spring
I wore this jumpsuit when I was in Sarasota last month. It is great for warm temperatures because I didn’t feel like I was ever overheating considering this is made out of cotton. The fabric feels high quality and durable, yet it is lightweight and breathable.
I also wore it several times after Sarasota and during Easter. Each time I would get many compliments! The floral print has that Springy vibe which obviously I am loving. What makes the Iris jumpsuit so great is the style of it. It is unique. The floral print has a vintage feel to it, the puffed sleeves and bodice neckline makes it so fashion forward. Aren’t the ties on the sleeves adorable?! I also really like that the bottom hem is slightly tapered. I normally go for wide-leg yet I was pleasantly surprised how much I like this style!
Cute Details & Sizing
And how fun is the tie-waist! I like to create a bow and place it on the side. But you can definitely switch it up. You can wear it in the front and center, back, or eliminate the tie-waist. The upper back of the jumpsuit has a smocked back style so there is definitely stretch. Which I think works great if you are big chested. I got my true size and it fits perfectly!
Anthropologie also carries the Gal Meets Glam Collection and they have an Iris jumpsuit exclusively at Anthropologie. The style is exactly the same however the color is different. It is more neutral. The color is beige and cream. So if you want something more neutral, then you may want this version!
More Floral Print Jumpsuits
The Iris jumpsuit is not the only floral print jumpsuit I am loving. So glad they came out with more because there are several other ones I’m currently loving. See below which ones I am eyeing. If I could, I would buy all of them haha. I’m already counting down for May’s new arrivals haha.
