Want to know the best way to wear the lemon print trend? Get it as a matching set! Ever since I got my first co-ord/matching set, I’ve been on a roll with getting more of them. Remember this polka dot set?! I think getting a lemon print matching set is the best way to wear this popular summer trend because you can get three lemon print outfits out of it. Well, with any matching/co-ord set you can get 3 outfits.
I’ve been obsessing over this print as soon as the temperature started rising. It just looks so summery and you all know I’m a summertime girl. It definitely looks like an outfit made for Italy. Perhaps the Amalfi Coast?!
The Who What Wear Collection is killing it with their matching sets. Like I said, I adored the polka dot one and when I had the opportunity to get a lemon print set, I jumped on it asap.
Best Way To Wear The Lemon Print Trend
When I posted this outfit on Instagram, several people thought it was a dress and many were confused when I said it was not a dress. Co-ord sets are two separate pieces. So I am wearing a lemon print top and a lemon print maxi skirt. Since the prints matched perfectly, it gives the illusion as a dress when worn together.
By the way, have you noticed that I wore the top two different ways? I wore it as an off the shoulder top and as a flutter sleeved top. I’m not quite sure if it was made to be this versatile, but it works and I am embracing it!
Sizing
Let’s talk sizing since I know Who What Wear Collection can sometimes be tricky with their size.
For the top, I would say it fits true to size. I’m wearing a small.
For the skirt, I sized down. I normally wear a size 4 and I’m wearing a size 2. The skirt sits on your natural waistline.
The Rattan Belt
I accessorized the outfit with my rattan belt. You guys, I love this belt. Maybe you all are sick of it? I have worn it in several outfits. Mostly outside of the blog. But I did wear it with a white dress, with the polka dot skirt, in Copenhagen, jeans, and the list goes on.
Other Ways To Wear The Lemon Print
As I mentioned earlier, you can get 3 outfits out of it. If I just want to wear the skirt, I would pair it with this tie-up shoulder strap tank (I have it in white) that I got from Other Stories (really love their dresses lately). On a very sunny day, it would be fun to wear it with this straw hat.
I’d wear the top with paperbag waist shorts or this asymmetrical midi skirt.
So are you into the lemon print trend? Or in general, the fruit print trend?

Talk about a seriously cute matching set. I never would’ve known it wasn’t a dress, except for the fact that you mentioned it. Way to keep that a secret with the belt! So creative! And I’m sure you’ve found a million other ways to style both the top and skirt too!

Really love this dress in the off shoulder style. And the rattan belt is a great addition. I think I could rock the lemon print trend in a matching coord or romper.
