The ‘It’ Bags – Straw Bags

Straw bags, rattan bags, bamboo bags, or whatever you want to call this trend, they are the ‘it’ bag for the Spring and Summer Season. And you know what? I’m not mad about it. They’re a nice change compared to other bags. If anything these bags have a happy, warm vibe to them.

The Infamous Bamboo Bag

Since it emerged last year, a variety of straw bag styles have come out. They have come in different colors, shapes, and patterns! My all time favorite is still my Cult Gaia Ark bag. Last summer, it was one of the only bags I wanted to use. And if you looked at some of my Spring outfits for this year, I started to bring it back out! It was last seen on last week’s post. The cost per use has definitely been worth it. But if Cult Gaia’s price is still out of reach, there are great dupes out there. I found this one for $40 and it has great reviews.

Another gem is this crossbody straw bag. This is my second-most worn bag last year. I was randomly browsing and when I first saw it, I knew it had to be mine. I got so many compliments! My favorite outfit with this bag was in this post. It was the perfect combo!
