Lately, I’ve been obsessing over/really into lace tops. But I’m also very selective. Sometimes, lace tops can look lingerie-like, and I’m not into that kind of look. Luckily I came across what I think are chic lace tops. They’re classy, can elevate a casual outfit, or can be worn casually too.
At first it was hard to find affordable chic lace tops. But I always love a good shopping challenge and I finally found 9 of them that are under $100. Woohoo!
My Favorite Chic Lace Top
My all time favorite top from these 9 selections is the one by WAYF. Ahh, I have thought about several different ways to wear it! For instance, I’d love to keep it simple and pair it with mom jeans and slingback flats. If I want to make it work appropriate, I would wear it with plaid trousers and white pumps (this is an affordable alternative). Or if I’m feeling sassy, I would love to wear it with this leopard print skirt.
But honestly, I would be happy with any of these tops haha.
On a random note, I came across this America’s Got Talent video and I was in TEARS. I don’t think I’ve ever really watched this show. Everything about it felt so genuine and you can sense the love in it. It was the sweetest thing and seeing the joy in his face and the judges at the end, just made me so happy.
I’ve also been into 2 podcasts, Second Life and The Betchelor. Second Life is all about women entrepreneurs who pretty much took their career into their own hands. I love how every story is different and how they talk about the failures. We only see the success side, but it’s so refreshing to hear how they actually got to where they are.
Maybe I’m so late into this podcast, but if you love to watch The Bachelorette or The Bachelor, The Betchelor podcast is hilarious! It pretty much recaps the show and makes fun of some of the things that happened in the most recent episode. Derek Peth (yup from Jojo’s season) is the co-host. What’s also great is that Derek would occasionally share some behind the scenes stuff.
That’s all for today! Enjoy your weekend!
